Collar fix in PES4?

hi, i recently just purchased pro evolution soccer 4 for PC, it's good but i just added a lot of kits (premier league teams) but arsenal's away has that wierd collar, does anyone know how to fix it? i've tried we public editor and it doesnt load the save files with my data on it, so i cant edit any teams or change any collars. please can anyone tell me what programs are good for pro evolution soccer 4 for PC,

I 'm a rookie in this, but all I know is that you'll need that Waterloo-tool to fix collars.
Download it and the readme will explain it all for ya.
