COM team inconsistency

While your PES3 success depends, I would say, chiefly on your skill at the game, as well as your player stats, does anyone agree that the defining factor on how you get on seems to be how generous the COM teams decide to be?

This may sound like sour grapes, or frustration, but I am sick of the COM teams scoring absolutely ludicrous goals against me, pulling off moves that I reckon cant be done by a human player, and awarding itself free-kicks and corners which it then rattles in.

I started a new 5* Master League, and won my first two games 3-0 and 3-1. This meant I was top of the league. On my next game, Monaco, the bottom club, absolutely slaughtered me. This slaughtering has continued in the next few league games and I am also now out of the cup, after a rogering from Fulham.

If you do well, either in results or transfers, I take it the CPU then just plays harder or declines transfers, just to stop you having it all your own way and a run of success.

I dont mind being beaten by a better team, or skill, but I hate to think that by doing well, you are just making it tougher for yourself in the next game.

What do you all reckon?

Just break his goddamned legs with someone you don't mind getting a red card with.
Works for me for chilling the CPU down.

tsk tsk... no need to play dirty now ;)
what's the highest number of reds you've gotten in a game ppls?!?!

Yer know Arsenal are the top team in ML.

I won them in the Div 1 Cup in a PK match.
They were tough and hardworking, I never really seem like scoring.

After the win they were next in the league.
I think they were depressed, I scored 2 goals against them in the 1st half!!!

Stood till the end :)

When i was playing my mate, he got the game abandoned for having only 6 players on the park :p

I agree about the inconsistency, but one thing I do think is quite good is that the same team in a cup game will play harder and better than in a league game. I've beaten the one side 3-0 in league and then they knock me out of the cup!!

Having said that, I don't know if that's a nice touch or not!?

i am playing 5* with arsenal, mate. and i scored three goals against monaco in the division 1 cup final... played at neutral ground (stadio olimpico)... i scored in the 5th minute then they scored at the start of second half... keown was sent off on 60 minute for a bad tackle (i was so frustrated chasing the damn ball so i decided to tackle every monaco player)... extra time and they scored in the 1st minute... kanu then sent off for bad tackle again... 9 men on the pitch... i played 3-2-3 and reyes scored in the 14th minute at 1st half et to keep the match alive... in 30th minute 2et i thought it would go to penalties but i got a freekick near the left cornr flag after reyes was fouled... bergy whipped the ball in (i press up and :circle: ) and vieira jumped higher than two monaco players and scored with a header (my 1st headed goal after 7 seasons)! that's my best game...

so if u can't beat monaco it means u have to get behind the ball and play patiently... i was down 3-1 at halftime using arsenal against my friend's brazil national team and i play counter attacks and won it 4-3... u have to learn how to defend... instead pressing for the ball with square and :x: , u should play contain with all defenders and midfielders going back (back arrows in the tactics menu...) and i gone thru whole season unbeaten... only played once each game of course... no repeats...

Vieira's sure a great header of the ball :) .....

Look at his awesome height :p

He's very good for me in ML, always win the midfield battle :D
