What are your all time favourite commentaries from Brackley, Brooking, Champion and Lawrenson?

My favourite has to be

"He shoots!
I tell a lie, he's missed."

or sumthing liek that

and ive heard

'ive heard that keepers having an operation to have his hands sewn back on'

after the keeper like made a mistake or summat lol

but my personal favourite has to be

'You call him a keeper?! he couldnt even keep bee's!'

that one cracks me up man

Along those lines, Champion shouting, out of nowhere, "AND THE VOLLEY!" So awkward.

Once, back in WE9, I left the final match stats screen up for ages ('cause there was all kinds of cool shit you could review after a match in that game), and well after all the "what a great win" comments and general banter, Brackley says something like "Well then, why don't you press the start button now?"

Caught me completely off guard, and I never heard it again. :shocking:

haha yeah ive heard that before, when i left it on the stats screen once i think i heard something along the lines of 'what an enthralling game, i bet even the player at home is sweating after that match'
