Commentators in PES4

its natural for them to do that. but the english one really sucks when you score. why wont the english commentary shout at least one GOAL real loud.

Has anyone played PES3 with Spanish Commentry??? I did and it is so funny. Everytime u score the guy wildly shouts "gol, gol gol,gol gooool" It is Hilarious.

the commentators on ISS on Snes used to shout goal goal goal goal goooooooooooooooooal too. i dont know who they were though

Some of the comentary on fifa is pretty good but crappy in parts, id like to see the commentators in PES4 show a bit more passion if a team scores in the last few mins of a match though

the commentary on fifa is loads better than pes. dont get me wrong i love pro evolution i have all the games but the commentary on pes never fails to be utter shit!

i have to say the commentary on fifa is prob the best thing about the game with licenses (well their obviously not gonna get close to pes gameplay)

I'm gonna go slightly off-topic here but as we are talking about commentators i'd like to mention that did you know that the spanish commentary in PES3 is done by Guillem Balague? (the guy off Sky Sports)

its not Ronald-jean, its ronaldinh, thats how its pronounce in japanese. japanese people have a good dictionary on how to pronounce brazilian names since they are very close. hence Zico. i would have to agree with razor's friend the japanese does not make any mistake. they even call out the Netherlands players name correctly.

'Stam' IS pronounced 'Schtam'! Well actually it's 'Schtum' I think (can one of the Dutchmen say yes or no here?). But 'Schtam' is close.

I don't reckon FIFA commentary is so great. I mean, it's not as embarrassing as PES commentary but it's still horrible. It sounds even less like real football commentary than PES if you ask me - ok they don't get everything wrong all the time, but it sounds so stiff and fake.

Best commentary in a football game: Barry Davies and Martin O'Neill in the otherwise dreadful Actua Soccer 3. Barry could actually act a bit, so he sounded just like he does on TV (unlike Motty in FIFA), and Martin O'Neill was just hilarious.

ive neva noticed that, probily down 2 sumthin like i neva actually use the spanish commentary but im gonna try that out l8a, his voice shud b far more entertaining than the borin and repititive english guys. and does he pronounce patrick kluivert, kloy vert with a yorkshire farmer type accent like he does in real life?

It should be given to the Sky Sports Crew!

Not just Andy Gray & Martin Tyler but all of them, then you can have varying commentators, plus it makes it more realistic in Leagues as the better commentators (Andy Gray etc.) Will be off doing the larger games, while you''l be stuck with somebody boring like Alan Smith (No not the MAN UTD player theres a Commentator with the same name)

This would make it seem much more realistic as you arent the biggest club in the world, you wouldnt have the best commentators on your game, but say you qualify for the Champoins league or face a really BIG club you might have them. It makes the game seem much more important to play in!
