Converting files using PES Editor

I'm trying to convert the goalgerd-final.max file into a WE10 PC version OF so I can use it while playing on my PC, but I can't figure out how to use the PES Editor, which I think is supposed to be able to do this (right?)? It says to load OF1 in the format you want it in (PC), but I can't seem to open any file but the .max file, so I'm not really sure how to do this?
