i read somewhere that on a corner..... line up ur aim with the endline and then move a little out from it and then hold forward on the dpad and kick and there will be a goal 9/10 times... i thought this must be a joke so itried it myself... and 2/3 times i got a goal on 3 star.....this ruins the game.....if u get 5 corners a game thats a guaranteed 4 goals.... that sucks, thats not soccer.

can anyone with the ps2 version of pes3 tell me whether this glitch is also in the ps2 version....
please say its not

lol ... soccer.. im from usa what do u expect?
if ur down 1 in the 89th minute of some championship and u have a corner would u not do that thing. i mean if ur doing anything u can to win (without cheating)

it only works with some players, and as mutu said, the computer doesnt do it so dont do it yourself and its all good.

if i was in the last minute of a final, id cross it and hope to draw level through a 'real' goal. u lose the sense of acheievement by cheating.

Can you change who comes up for corners in formations, cause in my master league, Nesta always comes up, and i want cannavaro to come up insted, cause he has 99 jumping and 90 header ability, HELP !!!

yea i was thinking that... i hope thats the case....i cant go try on my demo cuz on 4 star it will take me like 3 games to get a corner......i really blow

i think corners are so much haarder than pes2 , however i am a bit annoyed as corners were like my specialality and my friends were shocked by the way i scored about 94% of my corners and loved to take the piss by rehearsing new corners e.g to the back post and then back across the goal, or to the edge of the box for the bicycle kick.

Personally I'm finding them about the same. I've scored quite a few. Three things are pissing me off at the moment:

1. The number of offsides - these guys are just stooopid
2. The number of handballs in a match
3. The lack of movement from teammates. This could be cause I'm on *** and playing with the defult team but still, a little movement wouldn't hurt. My guys have the ball in final third and my strikers either stand still behind them or run away

Throw-ins as well by the computer team are crap. They do exactly the same every time. There's a pause, then they throw it to the nearest man. You can nick it every time almost. So many niggles with this game still.

also do ppl not find that penalties are given if you are fouled right on the edge of the box?

its like in training if you select to do a free kick on the dge of the box u take a penalty.
