Could somebody put my face in the game?

I have been trying for the past 5 hours to put my face in the game, I am able to make the BMP and resize it and have been putting my face over that of Paul Konchesky's but it each time it has turned out terribly wrong. It ends up looking some what like Sloth from The Goonies...for those who havent seen The Goonies it is not a pretty sight!

So would anybody please give it a go because it would really mean alot to me!

Here is quite a dashing pic of me if I must say so myself! I think that will done, wont it since its only the face part that you need!
