CPU kamikaze Slide tackles with my players.

Im on the PC version, i dunno, maybe 1 in every 10 games or so the computer takes over my player and does a slide tackle, (usually a very bad one, very very bad and incaurate one ) where im shown a yellow.. or red.. these tackes can suddnly occur in the penalty, cpu doesnt really care and they are not really that necessary

im on v.02
same happen on the console?

I have pc and it happens, even if I set the CPU to no slide tackles in tactics screen................................

very annoying online.

go to game plan -> Management edit -> Auto-trigger settings -> set automatic slide tackles to off..

when i don't do that, happens once every half, when i do it, happened just once in like a hundred games

ya I need to set it to off too! It happened yesterday to me playing online and the opponent was awarded a PK. Good thing he didn't know how to kick them haha! I learned that ONLINE when you get a PK agaisnt you just leave the goalie alone, they will probably kick it to him or over the bar... I would say that probably a good 90% of the ppl online have no clue how to take them LOL!

guy??? why do you play online?? its shit and only frustates people... I was in D1 and had enough that was 2 months ago.

Lol the watch out for me. I know how to do it which makes it so easy to score penalties cause you know that your opponent will leave the goalie standing.

I actually keep it on, even when I time brilliant slide tackles with own players I still give away ridiculous fouls. Konami have decided the trailing leg should catch the player first and not the sliding leg, so for me it doesn't matter having the sliding tackle for CPU on. I'm still going to give away fouls anyway!

I actually play with it turned on, unless I play a very deep defensive line, because it not only controls slide tackles, but normal tackles also, making it very useful for defending those through balls that are impossible to defend if you're controling the defender.
