Disclaimer: It's not my fault if you mess up your computer somehow during all of this (granted I don't know how you are going to do that).
I know there is a PS2 tutorial for this, but that is somewhat convuluted and more difficult than it needs to be for the PC. So I decided to write this up.
This is also a good way to preserve your disk and save some wear and tear on it.
Requirements:
Building an ISO file from your PES3 DVD
Now you have a .iso file of your PES3 game with the language file of your choice. If you play it this way you will need to use that fixed .exe file that you downloaded to start the game. You will also need a new one of these each time the game is patched...so make sure the .exe you download is the same version as the patchlevel of your game.
Now what to do with that?
1. Burn it to a CD with your favorite burning application
2. Install a Virtual CDROM tool, such as Daemon Tools, and save yourself a CD!
Setup and use of Daemon Tools Virtual CDROM Tool
Install, Play...have fun!
There are a hundred different ways and programs to do this, this way I recommended is just one way to do it.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me in this thread or via PM/ICQ/AIM.

This is also a good way to preserve your disk and save some wear and tear on it.
Requirements:
- DVD Drive
- PES3 PC DVD
- Ahead Nero ( www.ahead.de )
- Daemon Tools ( www.daemon-tools.cc )
- Sufficient Hard drive space, ~2GB+
- Backup Patched EXE Alternate Download Location (this is so we dont have to worry about copying the copy protection on your new cd to work, these types of patches allow you to play backups of your game...which we are making. This can elieviate some problems that may occur later.
Building an ISO file from your PES3 DVD
- Insert PES3 DVD into DVD ROM
- Fire up Nero
- Create a new CD-ROM (ISO) image. Label it 'DISK1'
- Copy all the files in the root of the DVD to the CD. Also copy over the 'autorun' folder. You can also place the .exe that you can download from Megagames, that I mentioned in the first section of this tutorial here as well. Then create a 'dat' folder, then place the language file of your choice into that directory. Be sure to only pick one of the .afs files, also be sure to include the 'cafe' file that is in the 'dat' directory as well.
- Now lets pull up the 'Choose Recorder' dialog box.
- Let's select the 'Image Recorder' because we are building an ISO file first and foremost. You can just burn this as is and be done with it, but I have more fun stuff yet to show you here
- Now open the burn dialog box and click the burn button
- Then it prompts you where to save it. Make sure you set the file type to save it to .iso

Setup and use of Daemon Tools Virtual CDROM Tool
- Download and install Daemon Tools from the website above, if at some time that site dies, just Google it...it should turn up quite easily.
- After you install it, it should put a nice little icon in your systray.
- Right click on the icon, go up to 'Virtual CD/DVD-ROM' option, then open the 'Device...No Media' option. Now select 'Mount Image'
- Navigate to where you saved your iso file.
- Once you do that the autoplay of the CD should come up.
Install, Play...have fun!
