Create a team ...?

Hi ,

I want to create my own team but i did not see the option so I decided to replace a Other Leagues B team. I replaced the badge and the kit but when I started a Master League I had a budget from 2 million. This is not so much, can I change this or do I have to replace a team with a bigger budget?

I think nobody can find the option of creating your own team in pes 2010, its just not available in this game.

I also started playing ML as Other League Team L, my initial budget is also 2 million same as other TEAMS(TEAM A - TEAM Z), YOU CANT CHANGE IT, if you want some challenge to play ML (Top player level), you can play as TEAM B, and the upcoming matches will be hard, even in D2 league, trust me on that, because i already played through ML as TEAM L until i won UEFA champions league in 3th season.

if you want bigger budget, play as Man united, Real Madrid, or Barcelona and etc. You will have like 100m or more than that to spend as your initial budget from the very beginning of the game.

the funny thing is ALL YOUR TEMA B PLAYERS LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME TO EACH OTHER(BOLD HEAD) FROM PLAYER 1 TO PLAYER 22.

I just realized you were talking about Other League B, MAYBE NOT TEAM B as the way i understand it, sorry, i am a bit confused.

I was just told you can actually start playing ML with default players(castolo, ruskin etc)

Yes, I did like optimistic and edited team Z. I created a badge and start from scratch with limited budget and the default players (Castolo, Ivarov, etc.).

The problem is not only the crap players and the bad startup budge, but the level of your staff will be 1 for a looong time. It means a lot of injuries and bad form players (once I had only two players who did not have blue or purple arrow). Ah, yes, I almost forgot: no good player will accept to negotiate with you.

It means you will have a lot of fun!!!

PS: My ATOM FC is now in the first division and last season I won the UEFA Cup and the League. For the first time my staff has decent levels and I am satisfied with my current team. I am struggling with my budge though. I hope we win the CL this season.

As you play hard to run your club, things will get better and better, but difficulties of signing players will remain, i hope this wont last long.

A budget of 2 million? Interesting - I started with the lowest possible pre-made team I could find, I could only get a budget of minimum 3 million. Maybe I shall have to start again.

With a budget of 3 million I got to the semis of the FA Cup and promoted from division 2 about 10 points clear in my first season - starting with default players (Castolo et al.).

I'm now in my second season, about 12 games in, already out of the cup but undefeated in the league, won every home game and drawn every away game (expect beat Portsmouth away), sitting comfortably in the CL places, only a few points off top. Still finding the game too easy starting with lowest possible team and next to no budget.

To be honest, no real good player will join your club, independent of a level 5 scout. I prefer to increase the coach and physical trainer, once they affect directly the development of your players and their physical conditions. Anyway, it takes time to increase all staff level to 5 and still have money to buy decent players. You must make some choices about which one is priority for you. At least in the beginning.

I wanted to put talents in my team like Macheda/Vela/Gibbs/Gosling but I think my budget is to low to pay their salary. Now I'am thinking of replacing Porthsmouth. They are almost dead and they will have a bigger budget ingame.

Exactly - no good players will join anyway, so spend your money on increasing op. costs.

I don't see the point in increasing coaches past level 3 until your players are good, let's say, when the majority of your starting XI are above 80 overall rating. Which, at the moment, none of mine are.

Personally, I am keeping my doctor level 1 to make injuries more frequent and therefore more realistic, and I'm keeping fan club at level 1 to make the game harder by restricting my cash flow.

At the start of my second season I have both coaches at level 3, a level 5 scout and level 1 doctor, fan club and youth team.

I personally won't improve my youth team until I can afford 10 million. If After gaining promotion in my first season, it is possible that I may win the Premier League in my second, in which case I will almost certainly improve my youth system at that time. Until then I can deal with no decent youth players, and rely instead on cheap transfer listed young players and free transfers.
