You don't.
Edit other club players to 'become' the ones you want to add.
Using the fake players from the PES and WE teams is a popular method.

play as Southampton in Master League and sign them all up. Then you can download your ML team for other competitions

Im pretty sure he's talking about PES3, by the way Bosson, you should have got an option file, with all the premiership teams on ;)

Just got PES4 and it looks like u can't "unregister" players out of their teams, only transfer them... is this true or is there a way to do it?

that`s not possible, there is one way you could do it and that`s to do it in the masterleague put your created player there /

from now on lets just assume dat everyone is talkin about PES4 or WE8 and if u dont have those games its time for an upgrade.
