It's best to take around 20-30 points off each stat so you can develop them over the seasons. The stats that only go up a bit are response, balance, top speed, & jump. Agility, agression, mentality, consistentsy and weak foot acc/freq don't go up, so consider that. If you don't drop the stats down you'll have to pay a stupidly high wage for them. Also the higher the ratings the earlier they'll peak.
