Crossing & Give-and-Go

Crossing: In PES10 I don't know if is just me but whenever i cross the ball, the ball goes too deep. Even still, I find it hard for my attackers to get to the ball first.

Give-and-Go: Instead of lurking around ater passing the ball, can the player just not go forwards a couple of yards so that we can have the option of returning the ball to him in a better position? For instance, I was playing the Japanese version today (Winning Eleven. To create a Japanese PSN, search for it on youtube); Dani Alves played the ball to Xavi, but then stood on the spot for about a whole second before moving again, and yet he still moved backwards (with the 'overlapping run' card in use) before movin forward. Could he just not pass the ball and start his run forward instantly? This shouldn't just be for 'overlappng runners', but for all players that love to get forward, especially AMs, WFs, and CMs, like Fabregas.

Well you can manually do a 1-2 using LB or L1 no? So even if you don't intend to pass using the 1-2 you can still hold LB when you pass to send the player on his way.
