I know this can be done on the Xbox, and I've heard the PS3 has the capabilities to do this, but would I be able to listen to my own music whilst using edit mode on PES '09? It would be so much less of a chore if the background music was Biffy Clyro as opposed to the football-related dross that will surely be in the game this year? Any answers?

yeah it's always horrible to listen to the PES crap they put into their games when you have hours of editing to do! Usually I'll mute my TV and put on the hifi, but I know that you will be able to listen to your own music on both the PS3 and xbox360 this year!

Yeah I'll probably start ripping my metal cd's as well, up untill now no game supports this feature on PS3, so I'm looking forward editing PES09 while listening to Metallica or Rammstein or something! :)

yeah at least we won't be in such a bad mood when we are done editing only because we had to listen to such shit music! :) I'm really looking forward to PES09, my heart is going to be broken if it turns out to be such a dissapointment as PES08.

Yeah, I've been looking forward to 09 for a fair while now to be honest. I still play 08, but only to keep me going until 09 comes out. Will be good to have a half decent edit mode back too.

I won't be so hasty to change the music.

With PES 2008 there was nothing like a couple of hours in the edit mode, tweaking certain players and teams and rocking out to "Football, SOCCER! football, SOCCER! football, SOCCER! the greatest game of all"
