D1 Cup Question (Xbox 360)

I just noticed under the track record page, by D1 Cup it says N/A. Like I didn't win it. However I have on several occasions. I haven't really started going for ultimate player but found it where that it hasn't credited me this and I hope it isn't messed up for when I do decide to play the other competitions. Anyone else have this problem?

No one experienced this glitch before? I even have the unlockable players you get for winning a D1 Cup.

have you started a new master league? that may be why
