Don't know how much this will really appeal to anyone here but as I used to play the Might and Magic games (the good ones, 3-5...6-9 were utterly awful) as well as the Heroes of Might and Magic games, I've known about this game for quite a while.
It is a first-person action game crossed with an RPG using the Source engine which allows you to take advantage of the landscape to knock things over, throw crates and barrels at opponents, kick them off high ledges etc. with chracter skills split between fighting (melee and ranged), magic and stealth.

The demo became available last week at www.mightandmagic.com and comes in at 1.4GB which I downloaded very quickly from PeerFactor. I've just been playing it and am surprised that it is exactly what was promised from day one - which is always good
