Just tried to install the new data pack in the game, it downloaded and upon instillation it said failed to update and I'm unable to join any online games because of it.

I'm on PC.

Any help please? Thanks.

Try to start the game on administrator mode. If it does not work reinstall the game and try to use administrator mode again.

I had the same problem, the file couldn't install for some reason. I don't know whether it's the firewall or virus protection (or something else), but I got it working painlessly with this method, and I can play online.
Just download it manually and place the dt0f.img in the games \img folder, overwriting the old file. Take a backup of the original dt0f.img if you feel you want to revert at some point.

You may have to delete your edit.bin to notice any transfer changes, but that won't be a problem until the next DLC.

Well I deleted the game to reinstall, and now it won't reinstall. The installation process looks like it's finished but there is no PES file on my PC. I've tried 5 or 6 times now and nothing, it just won't install, no error message, nothing. The bizarre thing is that I install it to my c drive, I see the PES2013 file on my c drive as it's installing, then the installation ends and the folder vanishes. Wtf?

Any ideas? I bought the game from games planet and the first time I tried to install it the same thing happened, but after installing from the .exe it worked, but now it's uninstalled again I cannot reinstall it.

Absolutely bizarre. Any help? Thanks.

After trying just about everything I did a clean install of windows and it now works with np's.
