This only works with good ol' Del Boy, I think.

If you take control of him, and then get into the box, go upwards on the screen.

Get above the penalty box line, and come back down. As the keeper comes out, hold :L1: and then press :square:

Instead of the normal straight chip that players do, he hits it from the side and chips in into the far corner, leaving the keeper with the mundane tasking of picking the ball out of the net

Not tried it for a while, but it may work with some other players, I know Henry cant do it.

I play the game too much.

A lot of players have 'signature' moves. There are talks of Maradona performing the Hand of God, but I have never seen it

Im very sure Barthez had his signature 'play crap' move added in the game. The amount of times he flaps around like a fart in the wind is unreal sometimes. Makes you just want to slap his head.

it also works with shevchenko and henry, the ones I found so far. I'm sure there are others who can do this.
