Deleting Data Pack 2 and reinstalling Data Pack 1

Installing the new Data Pack I stupidly didn't export all my teams thinking that the copies of the option file I had would be enough to paste over and changes to reams in the Data Pack. Unfortunately the OF does not work with the Data Pack and it keeps telling me to backup and then reloading the Data Pack on the backup. It's a big mess. :/

I tried deleting the Data Pack from the system, this is PS3 btw, and it still won't work.
