I dunno if it's just me but I've found XBOX Live demo's download a shitload faster than PSN downloads...

Last year i downloaded the demo on Xbox live as soon as it came out and it was very slow.

And Dragonfly, last year was torture downloading during the day, but I tried again at about midnight and I got it downloaded in about 20-30 minutes.
