hey guys did u see tha pics off game some jap kid got it and edited everything kits flags lets u do all of them this time not just 8 but he didnt edit any faces and it looks class it on youtube look for it cant member link now but it looks amazing also watch games

Now that you mention it... Do you have any Idea of How the Face Editing is in PES09??

Is it like the one we had in PES5?? Where we had some 360+ Faces and 130+ Hairstyles..

I thought that Face Editing was great because it gave me the Option of creating Decent-Looking (sometimes almost Identical); Average and Classic Players. And the "Special Hairstyles" also helped in that matter.

Kit Editing is awesome.. But I think Face Editing is just as Important. Can only Hope that the "Face Editing" goes back to the way it was on PES5.

all that I know is that You can upload any foto in .jpg and the editor will transform it into a PES player. So You could search for the foto of any player and than upload it to Your PS3 HD. That's all I know about the face editor, but since the kit editor improved, I guess there will be more faces and hairstyles to choose from...

Pes 08 editing of facial features is great. I want the special hairstyles back though.

I'm really looking forwards to something like that -because- "Edited Faces" always end up looking Cheap, it doesn't matters How much we try. On the other hand, back in PES5, with the right Face and the right Hairstyle -I- could create Decent-Looking Classic Players, and Average Players.

I used to think that the Photo thing (where you upload a Photo, etc, etc) would be even better than the Face Editing of PES5.. But it turned out, that the whole "Photo Face Editing" was even Worst than the Edited Faces.

Player's with "Photo Edited Faces" just look Lifeless and Unrealistic.. The Face Editing Tools (300+ Faces and 130+ Hairstyles) we had in PES5 where much better.

Maybe there's a way to improve it -but- the one in PES08 was worthless, the only cool thing about it was creating funny versions of the Hulk, etc, etc..

The Special Hairstyles where cool Features.. Zinedine Zidane's trademark Hairstyle, Carlos Valderrama's huge Afro and Roberto Baggio's Ponytail.. those where cool features, and it gave us Options for creating those Classic Players; Valderrama, Zidane and Baggio.

I think, that if Konami isn't going to include the Classic Players with their Real Faces -then- at least they should include their Hairstyles.. It would be cool to see How Valderrama's afro Looks in High Def Graphics. I mean, How cool would it be to see the Huge Afro actually Moving.

Also, I don't see Why Konami cannot Include the Classic Player's Real Faces somewhere in the Edit Mode, maybe call it "Special Faces" or something..

I mean, yeah maybe it haves something to do with Licenses -but- What If Konami Edited each Classic Player's Face, and then, just distorted the Face Dimensions.

This way, even if they Include Identical copies of Pele, Maradona, Zidane, Valderrama, etc, etc.. they can simply change the Face Dimensions (Width, Length, Depth) so that the players Don't look like themselves -and- after that, also change the Hairstyles.

So maybe, Konami could Include Zinedine Zidane's Face somewhere in the Edit Mode -but- with Inaccurate Proportions, maybe with a Short and Wide Face, and with a Huge Afro topping it.

I think something similar would be a cool Feature -because- it is Completely Legal -and- we could just find the Faces and just Tweak them to their Proper Dimensions, this way we could have spot-on Looking Classic Players.

Yeah You're right, the Photo Face Editing used to look bad, but I saw somewhere a picture where some guy explained the new feature with the face editing, and I must say, his face in the game looked pretty much the same, and all he did was to use a normal Passport Foto of himself in .jpg format. But again if we only have 40 slots for fotos and emblems and club emblems, than I guess I will only try the Photo Face Editing with 2-3 players.
