Three weeks before release date, as I believe I was the first on this forum to post about two weeks ago, is the last piece of concrete information I've read. Though it may have changed since then, it won't come sooner than that.

Do not, however, be surprised if a demo is released only in the week of release. Doing that helps Konami to shift more copies of the game in some respects but not others. It depends on the route they wish to take.

PC users, like myself, shouldn't expect a demo until the week of release as general press releases/official news relate only to the PS3 and 360 unless we're specifically mentioned.

I'm a PC user and I am expecting a demo way before the week of release. The PC PES2008 demo was released the same time as the X360 demo so I don't see any difference this time around.

Want the demo for another reason than just to play it. Want to start extracting the kit textures so I can start creating licenced kits before the game arrives.
