Whats your strategy in developing your young or other inexperianced players...do you start them in matches that dont have much of a meaning or do u sub them in during your games...this is for MASTER LEAGUE...

I just try & play them as much as possible & bring them on nearly every match as a second half sub around the 60 minute mark.

i think it's pretty easy to get away with playing young defenders all the time, not so easy with midfielders and forwards though, i usually bring them on when i'm ahead or start them in meaningless games.

Yeah its more easier if they are defenders. My brother bought a chunk of them for his United ML and was fine because he would always partner one of them with either Rio or Vidic. Id say goallies are easy to develop also because once you are confident enough in your defenders, then a young GK should be fine.

Midfielders and Attackers are harder because they need to be quite fast, strong and decent technical ability. Id just play them when im confident Ive won. Or again, partner them with someone with much greater ability.

Like Hammerhead said, its much easier to train Goalkeepers because if you've got a good defence infront of them, they'll be fine.

Playing three upfront is a good way to train strikers as you can play one really good striker in the middle, and have the two youngsters playing off him. Obviously this works a lot better when you have someone like Toni, Ibrahimovich or Koller in the middle, but still a viable strategy.
