Difference between WE , PRO and J-league.

I assume that anyone in here had played Winning eleven and pro evolution series but i somehow noticed that there are some "biased" towards J-league series , i mean i am not starting to offend but i am posting this thread so anyone can give their opinion regard of what simply different from each other.. example: i like j- league because the gameplay somehow focuse more on technique instead of speed and power therefore u will find it more realistic and sophisticating , WE series so far is the most balanced one ( minus WE 8 for the slowdown bug, so alot of people choose PRO 4 instead) And for me WE 9 is simply the best in the game although some may complain the quantity of foul but once u managed to grap the tempo u will worship konami. I played this game since 1994 when winning eleven 1 is released ( jleague edition) and i always like the improvement that every series has offer , too bad the kits can't catch up...and transfer too. At last the PRO series. this series is more fast paced and arcade feel where through must use occasionally to cut to defence where "henry" type striker can outdo anyone in the field and BANG scored!!! This is just my opinion but anyway i wish to hear alot more opinion on others about the series and may konami will go on forever...GOLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!

ive only ever played on a pes series game so i wouldnt know the difference, i wouldnt say pro evo is fast paced all the time but can be a legend of a game at times..... whereas sometimes its annoyingly shite

overall pro is superb tho!

I thought the J-League license was dropped a few years ago?

To answer your question, I think there is little to no difference between both series.

I have to admit thought that the PES games generally have faster gameplay.

i think pro 4 is definitely the faster though pro 5 the goalie reaction is unbelievable!!! So for me so far WE series is definitely the best.

I personally stick to WE series cos i prefer the japanese commentary...
PRO series somehow just dun feel tat rite for me and the english commentary is irritating.... too repetitive....

so WE + fully patched = OH MY GOD!!!!!

I've played we9 and am now playing pes5. Because of the slower play of WE9 i think it's a bit harder then pes5. But overall gameplay in WE9 is a bit more realistic to me.
And it's just like jardeus said, "super"players like Ronaldhino or Henry don't stand out that much.
That doesn't take away the fact that PES5 is the best footy of Europe:laugh:

For those of us who played the WE series, it's always better.

This year I'm forcing myself to spend time with PES5, although I also have WE9. Every year I get WE then PES then after a week or two go back to EW.

The games are essentially the same. But the gameplay feel is totally different. YOu must actually play to be able to tell. But that 'feel' makes a wrold of difference IMO.

Cheers
