Difficult transfers in PES 4

I notice it is extremely hard to get a transfer done from a major player to my team. No matter how much I offer, they won't come. Does anyone have any suggestions/tips in making transfering a little easier? Thanx!!!

well it could be because of your WEFA Ranking... good players dont want to join shitty clubs..

this is right! Depending on your place on the WEFA ranking list it is harder to get nice players.
By the way: don't but big players but buy youngster which you can develop! (go to search by team and then select UN belonging)

Also, look next to there name, where it shows how much the player is and press L1(i think) and it will show some star's, the more star's, the more likely you are to get the player!!

I also had difficuty to get some big players like henry, totti and rooney (didn't get them BTW)
but I managed to get ronaldinho, who I rate as one of the best players. and he's 25 so he can go for another 5 seasons.

I have Rooney, he developed so much for me on the game!

One person i did buy sucessfully (eventually) was ronaldinho! I just added on a couple, of thousnad pount on the the transfer fee and about 2 hundred extra to his salery!

those stars arent on the master league if you have it on 5* or more
