Don't 'fall' into Reset when saving...

My advice: don't accidentally 'fall' into the reset button when saving your master league data - this not only wipes 5 seasons of blood, sweat and tears, but also causes blind rage, and may cause you to kick f**k out of the nearest object i.e. a family member.

F%¤& me! What a nightmare! I'm lucky in that respect as I have a good mate that has exactly the same option file as me. I don't know what I'd do about the Master League stuff though. Dirty business.....

truth is, i was hovering my thumb over it waiting for the save to finish, and didn't realise how feather-touch the reset button is - i'm not starting again, just gonna wait for PES4 now me thinks

I deleted it once too. I was messing about with my x-port and deleted from the memory card instead of the hard-drive!!!! I was foaming!!

Just be thankful that you didn't corrupt/ delete the option file. That is a bummer!

yeah man. i corrupted the option file on PES2 and cos i didn't have an X-port back then, I had to edit everything again from scratch.

i once turned off my game when i was saving a ML season 10 season long!

but the worst was turning it off when the option file was saving!

About 3 months into getting PES3 i deleted my Option File accidently, was very annoying - had to do all the transfers and name the teams again. Not too mention all the players i had edited.

Unlucky there mate. I pressed reset while saving once, cacked myself (not literally) and restarted the PS2 and checked my memory card on the brwoser. Thankfully nothing was deleted, but I've learnt to be patient now.

Although my brother accidently deleted my Final Fantasy 8 save file - I asked him to press reset when it finished saving but he accidently pressed it too early. I was on disc 4. Luckily I found the same save game on a different memory card, only the last save was on disc 3.
