I have just bought an x-port and downloaded the option file from showusmiracles.com. Although it says 99% up to date with transfers, none of the summer signings have been put to their correct club. Is there anywhere where you can download an option file which does have the summer signings?

Take a look towards the end of this thread. It has lots of PES3 option files in there. The newer ones can be found in the later posts. Currently, the HOT file by georginho seems to be the best option file. It will blow you away!
(Just ignore PES United in it though - that's the only bad part of it).
