drag back linking secret move and more..

I think most of you are unaware of this new move;

It involves performing the drag back in its priliminary phase, then linking it with a 180 degree spin and sprints opposite ways.

In a Japanese website a video clip showed a player facing opposite to goal being marked by a defender. He performed the drag back and spun away from the defender doing a 180 degree turn and sprinting towards the goal and shot......wide

The same site also mentioned a move called the "Bergkamp roll" that involves passing to your self and brushing tackling defenders away.

Anyone able to confirm? If not I'll be back with the URL for the Japanese site... after I see some begging in this thread.:laugh:

Too Busy Working to Post
Why would they hide all these special moves from us, its starting to bug me now. Surely the game would become more exciting if we all knew how to do these bloody moves. Whats the point in having them if nee one knows how to do 'em. You could be playing this thing till July then all of a sudden something happens for the 1st time!?!

p.s. still loving this game tho!

I'll post the link just for that ass. I can't get enough of that. I couldn't even read your post. But I'll say it's not as simple as the Marseille move, if you played Tekken and performed King's linking move you might understand how it's done.

http://park1.wakwak.com/~pfw/

this is the site, winning eleven 9 info & links is on the black title bars, the black title bar with the videos have a real time quick player link right under it. It's the second black title bar from the middle with 7 videos describing 5 moves, 4 of them never mentioned here before.

The 7 links read in order;
1- analization
2- scoring free kicks with cross (circle) by "head fake".
3- sound like 2, huh? I'm not sure 2 was right. Forget about 3
4- R. Carlos style free kicks
5- New Move "Cruyf Turn"
6-New Move "Bergkamp Turn"
7-"Bergkamp Turn" elaboration

This site is loaded with tactical info and if you want a translation this is what I have to translate;

(Oshiri) (Kissu) (shite)
(Ass) (Kiss) (peform on my)

.....or you could pause the game and check the command list on the pause menu for the full list of moves you can do. No moves are secret

hes not on about the 360 degree spin that zidane does.
its easy to do what he is on about

your facing away from goal your holding R2 to the drag back, you then just push R2 which automatically makes the player FACE the opponents goal and then he is just pushing R1 to sprint away.
nothing special at all

Bergkamp Turn:

In the video, the player kicks the ball with his heels after the drag back and before he runs towards the goal.

Playing from the left side of the field,

facing away from goal, hold R2 and tap right twice to perform drag back,

Release R2 and press up-right (down-right for lefties) simultaneously while dragging to heel kick towards the goal.
Right foot: R2+->->, />
Left foot: R2+->->, \>

watch it:

How can you do that? as soon as you press R2 you face towards goal. Anybody else having problems with this? i just cannot seem to get it to work.

offf I finally did it.

The description above was a bit misleading though.

If your back facing the goal, you would need to stop the ball first with R1 to avoid having the player turn around when you press R2. Then you do the drag back with only one click to the right using R2 (not twice as mentioned). And as the ball at the heel of the player you press up and right. You can make it while your player facing any direction. It needs good timing and fast fingers.

The tricky part that it doesn't work with all the players. I tried it with Pele, Robinho and C.Ronaldo. Only C.Ronaldo managed to do it perfectly.

Thanks Luay for the tip.

That is awesome.

What I was most impressed with was that freekick with Roberto Carlos.
