Alrite everybody, don't know if this is the right forum but wasn't sure so sorry if it is. Also i've tried searching for the answer but didn't find anything that helped. I've just bought a dvd recorder so i can record my pes4 matches offline and also on xbox live, so i'll be able to show my goals off xbox live. The thing is i don't know wat programs and tools i need to cut certain bits out the dvd ie;goals. Also if i need to convert them or anything. I've read sumthing in here bout reducing the filesize(virtualdub) once it's a wma file.. But i would like to know how do everything before that if anyone can help.

Thanks in advance Billy

hi mate,

have you thought of using a Video editing software on your PC. If you record everything onto a DVD-RW then whack that on the PC - edit out what u want and put it on a DVD-R

thats alright mate. there are hundreds out there with the best prob being the likes of adobe. i used to have the mircosoft movie maker that came with my PC. have a look at http://www.desktop-video-guide.com/choosing-best-video-editing-software.html. Its quite a good quick guide to have a look at. Any probs etc don't hesitate to let me know, but adding your own commentary adds a great flavour like the fanzone on sky.

Cheers mate ur a star.

Kemp or anyone else who might know. I've used windows movie maker to create the compilation of goals but what program do u use to put wma files onto dvd cos nero, dvd decrypter and alcohol 120% say it's a non supported format.

Thanks again Billy

Yeh i got it to work mate thanx for ur help. What i had to do is convert the vob files to mpg with a video converter. Then i just loaded it in windows movie maker and cut out the bit's i wanted. I just did a small clip at first to practice with a couple of goals. The quality's ok aswell. My only problem is i don'y know how to upload them. Any ideas mate? Cheers

i haven't uploaded any yet mate, but would assume you can just attach it to a thread. maybe if you have website where store goals can put a link in. can anyone confirm the definitive method please?

billsterno1, would you consider writing a Tutorial for this? I for one would really appreciate it as I have a Sony DVD recorder that I can record my goals on but a real tutorial with all the programs etc would be a great asset to PesInsight. Think about it.
