WOW!!! I hope this doesn't become a trend, MLB The Show has been doing weekly roster updates since about '05 for free and now EA is charging....SMH. NBA Live is going to have dynamic daily updates I wonder if they'll be charging for that too.

if they're putting new add boards up, there's no reason why this should be charged...

the transfers updates will not be charged,only the adidas live updates that will update PLAYER STATS every week.it will cost money to have each of the leagues together. you will get 1 league free for the whole 08-09 season. its not really a big deal

you have no need to fear. Of course there are positives. You get one league for free. The others you have to pay, and think about it, its an option. It's not compulsary to have it. Think of it as a mod. You dont get mods for free, so why should you get this for free?

And nothing to say about pes, because its not innovative enough to provide such features.

Oh yeah, not innovative enough.... funny how all of Fifa's new gameplay elements over the years have been 'borrowed' from PES, that's real inovative oh yeah and of course the fact that in PES you can add that personal feel to your game with the Edit mode, I forgot... can you edit player appearances etc in Fifa?? ;) Anybody who is a real gamer would admit that Fifa is in the same category as Madden... Gramer territory, so you sir are a gramer. Do you even like the classics? cos i'm a retro fan myself, NES and Snes all the way.:)

just get the england league for free, who cares about the others unless your from there, one would be plenty. it is a shame though as we will get charged for more and more features.such as Ninja Gaiden, when did jews develop it?because a week or 2 after release you could buy, yes buy, new costumes for Ryu and they werent cheap i think there like 800MS points. now asnwer me this, if we were still on the ps2 or xbox would these new costumes not have already been in the game as unlockables for completing it say in a certain time or way, i think they would. but nowadays we just get shitty worthless achievments for that which people seem to love!!i would rather have a new costume for completing a game than 50g points and to have to pay for a new costume.

least we know this wont happen with PES since they never release ought!

Don't forget the "Road to FIFA World Cup" and all that similar shit, where you could just play the qualifiers for the WC and not the tournament.
