Easy to install ballpack

OK, so here is my 27 ball, easy to install ballpack. Basically it's easy to install as it just involves replacing the .bin files in DKZ studio then rebuilding the .afs, no modifying reserved space or any of that jazz. Credit for most of the balls goes to the fantastic DAMned.

When i replace the bin. filt it says te file is to large so what do i do. I have no trouble installing bootpacks but i dont understand what i have to do when installing the ball pack.

Are you using DKZ Studio? If so, just import the bin, then go to Save As.., save the afs somewhere, then insert it over the one in your dat folder (I'd recommend backing up first). If you use GGS then it'll involve lots of modifying reserved space.

installed it using DKZ and every time i go to play it shuts down just before loading the game of football. can anyone please help me? it seems to be the model file which is causing a problem, it only crashes after i import it into the o_text file.

Sorry mate, not sure whats gone wrong there. Did you backup your old model files? Nowadays I would suggest using the new kitserver for balls, it makes installing them easier and you can have unlimited balls. Have a search on evoweb for it.

Ok good good. Anyway I'd recommend having a search around for the new kitserver, faceserver and ballserver and using them. Then have a look on evoweb for DAMned's ballserver ballpack, and use that. I'd also recommend disabling faceserver as it has been known to cause problems. If you need any more help just ask.

cheers. got it to work but now i have another problem...the game keeps cuttin just b4 the footy loads dont suppose u have any ideas lol? ive tried using 3Danalyze n everytime i tick the right boxes n then run and error message appears

anyone else that has the prob with the game crashing just b4 kick off dload a prog called 3d analyze the crash is usually caused by some gfx
