Ebay Selling Option Files!!!!

Im getting fucked off with hearing about random people taking filemakers hard work, and selling on ebay for money, its a fucking joke.
and if any of you are on here reading this (and guilty of this) stop being a fucking money grabbing sob cunt:realmad:

This i know will never stop so why dont they (ebay) ban the selling of option files on ebay!!
They wouldnt let people sell copied cds would they!!!!

i third that seeing my option file has been sold nearly 300 times on there for 1.99 so thats really my money as i have done most of the work..

and that's why im not doing anymore option file's ill just do them for myself

because it's happening to loads of people carl at wenb's option file sold nearly 1000 copies and people spent 9.99 on it with a crappy usb that cost 1.99 in Argos it's more then a fucking joke it's damn right fucking insult

I sympathize with all of you, the fact remains that some people out there are just ignorant a$$holes. :blush: apologies.. but it's true.. if i try and list firearms.. or get this.. an action figure with simulated toy weaponry.. i get a message saying
IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL OR LIST FIREARMS ON EBAY

so why is it ok for someone to do that.. ? to list work on ebay that isn't their own with 100% mark up .. I mean that's what it is right.. it's work they haven't done, they've essentially taken an option file from the net, someone put all their blood sweat and balls into.. and then sold it for profits..

Can anyone get me a link to the seller.. ? I dont want an option file.. but similarly you could try buying the option file to find out who it is.. then find out what their name is on here.. then take them to mcdonalds and get them a mcfiery.. ban their IP into non existence..

I reckon there must be something we could do to stop it? :erm:

ebay are looking into it but i have said that this person does not have my permisson the link i had has been removed now mate but i heard Von's file was being sold aswell now....i dont know if that is true but someone emailed me and said he got von's file of ebay aswell

Yeah on youtube I once saw someone showing off an OF as their own for 08. They disabled comments and ratings because to many ppl where like f*ck off you cant do that. In reality tho it's bad for the community because if Konami sees this they could respond by making future PES titles harder to edit

Ebay shouldn't allow it, they know it's illegal.

It wouldn't surprise me if in a few years option file maker started selling the files themselves, which would be shame, but totally understandable, why should somebody earn money from somebody elses hard work

its not fair that there selling your work , there f**king c**nts, i came this close ( ) to buying one for 9.99!!!! for ps3 the other day! , if there selling it and dont need immediate someone should buy it ( but not pay) leave negitive feedback saying its not theres, and report them to ebay, showing proof it belongs to someone else and can be downloaded free over here

the thing is if this carries on, OF makers will just sell theres on ebay, then free option files will be a thing of the past, leaving the HONEST guys without OFs.

I personally have thought of putting mine (next year "if") on ebay. but thats not the point i did it to share with people, all my hard work at least other people can benefit, not RIP me off.

thing also is what stopping ppl buying your file then still selling it as thier own on ebay lol

This is really, really crappy guys, I really appreciate the work here making the OF's, It's a shame people abuse it to make money, while the hardwork is done by someone else, OF's should be free I think and if it must cost money, then the credits need to go to the maker of it!!!!

Is it possible for Pesgaming.com to make an "contract" or terms of agreement when somebody try to register, that selling an OF is forbidden!!?? So that people who will try this can be sued or fined or something like that??

My work has constantly been stolen over the years.. Ive combated this by selling my option file on ebay for 99p with the option file and links to these sites.. explaining of free updates.. Basically the idea is to stop peeps buying the files off ebay in the first place.. So once they hear about these sites.. they will never go back to ebay again to buy them..

I would sell it for cheaper if ebay would allow you too...
