Edit commentary call name?

Does anyone know where to change the commentary call names for the club teams? I've checked the Edit Team area and I can't see it anywhere.

That's odd, I didn't see it there but I'll check again.
Does it have to be unlocked? If so, how?

And someone needs to explain to Konami that words like 'Fulham' and 'Tottenham' are place names so they can't get sued for using them.

thats what i thought. if they can say west london why cant they say chelsea. they could also say elland road as its an actual road, as long as they didnt say elland road stadium.

i think they just like to make it as difficult and annoying for us as possible with the licencing issue
