editing bg music help required

hi,

ive followed the guide to changing the music in the pes games but when i extract all the files there are all listed as unknown 1 adx etc there are no file like bg_ etc

any ideas?

I'm assuming that you're talking about WE9.

Nobody has tried inserting their own music tracks into WE9 as many people don't have the game.

I suppose you'll have to wait until PES5 is officially released. Then you'll see lots of people here working day and night on creating patches and guides on how to create and insert your own music into PES5 etc, etc.

I suppose you'll have to wait.

the we9 i have is patched with someones own music already so i wanted to change it myself, itried on we9 and pes4 but my files are always listed as unkown instead of bg_ etc

A hell of a lot of people have inserted their own music into WE9 (myself included) and a lot of people the world over own the game. And as for inserting your own tunes, it's exactly the same procedure for the PES series as for the WE series.

You need to turn your mp3's into wav files using Nero Wave Editor before then making the wav files into adx files using for example Dkz Studio. Their are a lot of very good music insertion tutorials floating around (try the guides section) so you should be able to find something.

I wanted to put my own music into PES5. I can't seem to find the guide you mentioned in your previous post mumpleaser.

As you can see, they're for PES3 and PES4 (respectively).

It's the same but it's just that the file names are different in the O_SOUND.AFS.

Sorry for bringing this old topic up again but why is there 4 files for the Main Menu music? There's only one Main Menu file in my AFS file. :unsure:
