editing camera angels

i wanted to know if there is anyway to edit the current camera angels?

oh I think he means the camera angles

when you're in a game go to camera settings and you can edit the angle by pressing R1/L1

basiclly i want the fifa broadcast angle.

basically, its a pretty fixed thing
not much more you can do other than set it in that menu
