Hey guys hows it going, i have been getting extremely interested on editing kits to the real thing as well as boots, but i was wondering do i need Winning Eleven 8 Liveware or will my regular copy of Winning Eleven 8 would be sufficient, i live over here in the states and the whole PES is not a huge factor especially the editing of kits players and rosters....i think its great how the game can be changed, would really love some input.

You can patch Winning Eleven 8 (USA) I believe, but Winning Eleven 8 Liveware is your best bet. Not only is the game vastly improved but there are a lot of patches available for it to start you off with your editing. It is always a good idea to use someones patch and then edit that yourself, i.e putting in the latest kits etc.

You will need to be able to play back-ups on your PS2 to be able to play patched WE8:LE, check this thread:
