I am wondering if there is any editing programs I can use with my pc, to create option files for my ps3?

Any responses, or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I found one, though it was in Beta stage and i don't remember it's name.

The point is that there are people out there trying to create an editor.

Good find Boss. Although I think this one works only with PES2008 PC. According to Compulsion, the main man behind the legendary PES 6 editor; an editor for ps3 and x360 is bit less than impossible to make, due to their saves being digitally encrypted. Need a word with you Usul my man, let me know when can we meet on MSN. Good news maybe :)

Usul, thanks, I plan on checking this out. I also found a beta somewhere last night. I'm going to dl, then play with it some. I'll post in this forum what it's capable of.

The one i posted ealier is shite. You cannot edit an existing option file because when you save what you have edited it makes a new file, so it is only useful when you edit one from scratch. Besides, the players are in no apparent order, so it's a pain when you're looking for one.

I found another one which i'm going to try shortly:

EDIT: That one works and it's great. It's not finished but will do for now.

I just checked out the link quick. From the screen shots, & description it sounds promising.
As soon as the flood waters go down here. I might have some time to experiment with it. Iowa is under water.

Which program is it? is it the Pro-Evo Editer 2008? I tried to get it to work and it hits me with this error response! What does it mean?

I believe you'll need to do a windows update, there should be some sort of option from within internet explorer. or i imagine you can find it somewhere on the microsoft website. it should just be the newest version on .NET framework.

Yep, just download the latest .NET Famework. I think it's 3.5.

By the way, be careful with that program. It's in Beta stage and it's still highly bugged.

For now i'm only using it to change nationalities and names.

It looks very promising though.

addy-

you need to refer to pategato's post in this forum, the third or so. It explains that we, or you will not most likely find an editor. As the encryption they use for the files, and the method they do it in, does not really allow for someone to create a program.

I know it's disappointing...
