Email To Konami-stutter Bug

I am on to Konami about this stutter problem as a matter of fact and i do appreciate that it is not affecting you all but for a significant amount of us (even with new silver pS2s) it is runing the game. A girl in Konami customer services said to me that no one has complained about it so far to them (do i believe this?). Please anyone with the stutter problem EMAIL KONAMI AND MAYBE THEY WILL RELEASE ANOTHER VERSION AND WITHDRAW THE CURRENT ONE!! Konami need to know otherwise they cannot help us. They can withdraw current copies just like The Getway was withdrawn from shelves when it had to be reprogrammed. Email them and tell them how upset you are and hopefully this problem can be sorted so we can enjoy the game without having to worry:

YEAH!!! Just sent my email again... The only thing that PES has always been better than FIFA is the most important one: gameplay! And in my opinion this bug afects the one thing that made this series the king of games. Really... I dont give a damn for those updated graphic and those stadium and so on... NEVER COMPROMISE THE GAMEPLAY! I believe the problem is with the PS2 reading the disc for sound efects. Until PES, I had the opinion that sensible soccer was that exemple perfect sports gameplay... Call me old an old man...

well done lads. I think the more emails they get the better. Otherwise it gets brushed under the carpet. The lady on the phone tried to make out it was some sort of unbelievable thing that she has never heard of. I really doubt that!!

Maybe the 'stutter' in my game is less severe, but to me it seemed more like slowdown.

And it happened about twice last night, each time for about 1/2 a second at most. I can live with that when the game is so good.

I can no longer notice the stutter, I only saw it once last night. When I first played the game I noticed it a lot more. So either I have become immune to it or it is happening less - i dont know which.
