btw i find that in WE9 I often have to tap L1/R2 about 4 5 times before the move executes, the players seem to react very slowly.

It was in WE8:LE aswell...that was its first introduction, and in WE8:LE it was mostly always pulled off well, in WE9...it isnt pulled off that well most of the time,annoys me!

I guess if you created a new player and base copied someone who can do the flip-flap, then you could technically enable any player to do it...
