England strip

The England top in PES3 is not like that in the pics posted. It's quite like the real one except for it has red under the arms as well as along shoulders, and also an England flag instead of the 3 lions. The only real kits are Parma, Lazio, AC Milan, Feyenoord and Roma, that is unless i have got a Beta copy or sumthin.

Is this for sure? (hope so)
And can you edit the red under the arms?
I remember i downloaded a video a while ago with a lot of different footage on it, (it plays a song "skillz" in the background)
and there becks was giving a corner for england. the shirt he had looked more like you described, and different than in the pictures here.

oh and p.s. is it really true u can change his hair to the doublepony thing? i know this has been asked to ad infitum, but the answer seems to change all the time. so now i'm confused!

i think zygalski posted a link with pics of the england shirt in them, and there you can see that they're not at all like the official england kits. the sleeves are supposed to be white, with a red line going along the arm. go and see pics of the real kits, and you'll see what i mean.

i just hope that they've updated the england kit, cos that one is way off. (crap looking too IMO) the official one is ace though, so i'm keeping my fingers crossed

sorry mate, i looked up (zyg's link is on this page) and on the second link they DO have the new england kits! i was just stuck with the first pics in the second link, they were old. thank god!

so, it was my bad. but still the red under the arms?
can you edit that away? (and btw don't england have white shorts?)

No, we don't usually have white shorts - Sven Goran Eriksson asked David Beckham if he wanted to replicate Real Madrid's all white strip (Even then DB liked the kit) for the match against Greece (and again at Old Trafford last month). England usually play in white shirts, navy shorts and white socks.

In my games I've edited it so that in WE7, England have the navy shorts and in PES3 beta, they have the all white kit. They both look good but a lot depends on the colours of the opposition.
Maybe in a future version, they could give us the option to prepare up to 3 versions of each part of the kit and then let us choose each individually, just like club teams switch shorts or socks to keep a difference between the colours so that there is no clash with the opposition. Might be a good option.
