english commentery

dont call me stupid, but i cant seem to find the area where you can change the in game commentary into english instead of japanese on WE9.
please can somebody help me out

It's a Japanese game.. why would they have English commentary?

The English commentary is rubbish anyway - why does everyone want it in english???

Listen to the Jap commentary, so much more emotional and you get to hear comedy like "Wayne LOONEY!!"

thanks for your help lads, i dont mind the jap comedy commentery, it just that all the other versions have had all different languages. oh well,
