SUre it can be done, but the structure of both games are differnent, so it wont be so easy to do. How it can be done I dont have a idea. You should ask patchmakers.

There will be an updated version by the end of the week, with corrected database, especially player appearances and stuff like nationality, player age, formations etc.
Also Leicester and Sunderland will be included replacing Hull and Oxford (most likely)
