I'am aware it hasn't been confirmed like La Liga nd Serie A has...
However, does anybody know if there is any chance of the English Premier League or most of it's top teams being fully licensed?...

I'm pretty sure that no one knows... it looks like the game is pretty much done though, so I wouldn't expect it. Thank god for people who'll make mods.

Don't spam like this. The info is all in the console section.
The English FA rules only let 2 licenced teams appear in a game. The rule doesn't apply to EA.
