Are all the transfers up to date and can u play a 20 team premer league in pes4

Rooney is at Everton but most of the rest are done. Transfers can be done easily in edit mode. 16 teams in a league I think it is.

Judging from screenshots I would guess no to Luis G and Xabi A but I think the Pool squad has Cisse and Josemi. With the Spanish league fully licensed and user-edited transfers available from the beginning it should be easy enough to update it yourself.
