I'm French and I intend to order PES2010 in a British shop, so I wanted to know if it's possible to have menus of French and French commentators even if the game was bought in England?
Is it possible in PES 2009?

There won't be any problem as the game is multi-language and provided with *img files of every single one of them.

No, the reason is simply economic ... the game is much cheaper in England than in France.
