Error 8002BC01

Morning all,

Got Pes last night on the way home, been looking forward to getting it up and running this morning

Was told to update to 1.01 did that, now I've got an error 8002BC01

Deleted the update file and started again without downloading the update, still same error.

Any ideas please guys?

Same issue here. Its not the patch though, I was playing on 1.01 last night perfectly fine...

So frustrating, was wanting to have a quick go Liverpool vs Man Utd then put a couple of quid on the result down the bookies for a laugh. Meh

It probably has something to do with your internet connection...weak signal.

Hmm I have high-speed internet, and I've just tried a download to check its fine, and there's nothing wrong with it...

Nothing to do with the internet, im hard wired rather than wireless. I also disconnected from the internet completely and still no success. I've also tried on a completely new profile, deleted all files assoicated with PES 2012 ie demos, saves etc.

UPDATE: Working, god knows why? Might have been update 1.01 was corrupt but seems odd that smellyneo was also having issues.

Mine's working now, after turning the PS3 off and back on again...
