Euro And World Elite Teams- where are they in PES3?

My default face for creating a player changes each time I do it I think.

I'm pretty sure Recoba was in the Inter team in PES2.

I also have a feeling that Batistuta is at a more obscure club nowadays, so keep an eye out on the less well known teams in there. I know he had a brief spell at Inter but I think he's moved on to somewhere else. His face and callname are definately there. Oh and the search by name parameter is a bit crappy if you ask me cause I've typed in players names exactly and it's come up with no matches in the past.

I've won every cup/tournament and bought every thing from the shop, but still no elite teams. Somebody said that you have to win cups with specific countries, that's the only thing that is possible i think. And winning Master League 3 times was only for unlocking new players in PES2, I don't think this is in PES3 cause you can buy the players in the shop.

while i havent unlocked the euro and world teams yet, im 99.99% sure they are in there....... because of the 2 blank spots in the national team slots, and also, reading the book, i came across this under the 'Rules Of Play' section......

"Maximum Number Of Substitutions

For Exhibition and SUPERSTAR XI matches, you can select from 3 to 7 subs for a match...."

so unless they printed it, and didnt put it in, they almost certainly should be in there somewhere

I came across Batigol the other day when I was doing a search for buying players in ML. There he was, buyable for 1400 odd salary points I think.

I haven't actually looked but i'm assuming that he will be found somewhere to do with Inter as thats where he was when the game was programmed. However, last i heard he's playing for Al Arabia (????), some Middle Eastern team so perhaps he has only been included as an 'elite player', if they are really that up to date!

i think i have an idea, u have to win the international cup with every single team, like i said its and idea and im gonna try it. i think this because once u have won it with 1 team u cannot win it agian and get the pes points. just an idea

I think they just forgot to add the Elite teams to the PES shop which is where they are in WE7.

Well you never know, seems a bit weird to me that once i got the international cup with brazil that i did it agian and didnt ge tthe pes points, but valid point

Drugmonki - that is way too OTT. PES3 have clearly tried to ease the game down from PES2. This can be seen by the fact you can change the difficulty of ML at any stage meaning there is no specific 'extreme' or 5* ML mode. The thing with PES2 was that ppl were playing it non-stop, and that was just to unlock the classic teams and players. I mean 5 seasons at least, at 10mins a game, before you unlock all the classics is kinda extreme. Plus the addition of the PES shop shows that you dont have to figure what to do to unlock stuff, they tell you everything.

Zyg - don't they have to go through thourough testing to make sure that all aspects of the game are there. Saying this, I think your suggestion that they 'forgot' to add them in seems the most feasible answer. My mate's brother is a gaming addict and even he doesnt know how to find the elites.

Does anyone know why when I won the Konami cup for the first time, I didnt get any overall PES?

i think i discovered what happened to the elite teams: they don't exist. The two empty spaces are just a game error...
