to be honest you might as well make PES united and that other dodgy team into world and Euro elite. As long as you have the free transfer agent and you've bought all of the players you should be able to fill them up with the best ever players.
On this topic thoug (sort of) how stupid are some of those stats? Glen Hoddle and Chris Waddle are worse than James Beattie and Emile Heskey and Pele has amazing free kick accuracy!

I wouldn't want to put the elite teams over pes and we united because it would make the master league unrealistic.

I dont know if anyone has said this but, you could base copy all the players you want and put them in a national team(a rarely used one e.g. China) and just remove all the players from the national side. Then you can put base copies in a national team. and i dont think you need to put every single team in the world cup. do you? Of course theres always the problem of not being able to change the team name. ah well its an idea!

i had it on level 3* easy no goals scored past me and won very game including league qualifiers for pro evolution socer 3

Yo GFK is right.Myself i've done everything in this game from the cups (every single one i won)to the training challenges even the almost impossible five stars dribble challenge!Anyway i still don't have 'em and i heard that they DON'T exist.In that case the guys of Konami are really sadistic.

Has anyone thought of e-mailing Konami? If they are not on the game then they will just say ‘NO’ they do not exist and if they ARE on the game they will prob say nothing cos they want you to unlock them and find them for yourself. Or they will just tell you how to get them. Worth a shot right? :)

I won the International Cup on PS2 PES3 on 5* with 10 minute matches using Senegal.
I beat Iran, Turkey, Uruguay, Portugal, Nigeria, France and England. It didn't unlock anything.
