is a ppf to patch the data_e.afs ie NOT just confusion rip (= a cdrip u download from the net...which my 'monster' patch patches)
DOWNLOAD
1) from Lomungtungs ftp in the ‘1.12.03anyripkit patch’ folder in pes3 (retail)(PS2) folder.

Its ideally for owners of the original PES3 who use a ripkit to stick it from dvd->cdr and run in a chipped ps2 -

2 ripkits for converting the ps2 pes3 DVD->cd can be downloaded from lomungtung's ftp in pes retail folder
Installation-
1) Extract your disc’s bin onto your harddrive using alcohol120%/cdrwin or if its on your harddrive already after using a rip kit which works for you (there are 2 on lomuntung that work and have instructions)
- then->
2) Open the bin/cue in cdmage make sure it is mode 2 2352 image if not goto file/save as then save bin/cue as mode 2/2352
3) Extract the file ‘DATA_E.AFS’ onto your harddrive (Right mouse click on ‘DATA_E.AFS’ in cdmage- ‘extract’), keep cdmage open.
4) Using ppfomatic patch the ‘DATA_E.AFS’ (not the bin!) with 1.12.03anyripkit.ppf (make sure it is an original pes3 data_e.afs ie not previously patched)
5) apply 1.12to15..ppf to the just patched data_e.afs from-

6) Import (Right mouse click on ‘DATA_E.AFS’ in cdmage- ‘import’) the now patched ‘DATA_E.AFS’
7) Import the patch file ‘over.afs’ included in 1.12to15.12.rar
(Right mouse click on ‘over.afs’ in cdmage- ‘import’)
8.) Import the patch file SLES_519.12 included in 1.12to15.12.rar
(Right mouse click on ‘SLES_519.12’ in cdmage- ‘import’)
9.) Check for errors,repair them if there is any!
Close cdmage- burn disc image-bin/cue with nero or whatever worked for you in the past.
Make sure in game callname for -
Man Utd is Parma.
Liverpool is Coolsinger
Barcelona is Lazio
then put Parma& Lazio as blank= '----'
While your at it put Latvia also as blank,so Hungary isn't said for its name!
the chants etc will work....I did this prior to converting the option file to over.afs but due to limitations in the convertor it did not carry over so....
MAKE SURE you change the callname's ingame goto-
edit team->team name->3rd one down and eg where it says Trad brick change to Parma and same for Barcelona->Lazio.
or if you have an xport use this option file-is modified pesfanv4 by another & myself to turn ingame edited kits and badges off and WE Utd is Stuttgart FC.
Make sure Home and Away fans is selected (but not sure on this!)

An old over.afs/memory card is fine if....
1)default kits are chosen in team editing mode
2)where you can alter shirt name badges are off,and for the premiership shirts choose number type Type 1 and Madrid shirt numbers are type 4.
3)Make sure in game callname for -
Man Utd is Parma,Liverpool is Coolsinger,Barcelona is Lazio then put Parma & Lazio as blank= '----'
4)You don't mind using your transfers/player names.
