instalation:

put cv0a.img in original img folder C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2009\img
put save on your save loacation : C:\Documents and Settings\Xyz\My Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2009

Obs:

This is a complete option file, compatible with the 1.2 PC version of PES. It does not require any other software such as Kitserver to work, simply copy the files into your save folder and away you go (make backups of your files first)
